Great question. In all honesty, the number of bedrooms doesn't always correspond directly with the square footage and vice versa. There are a wide array of sizes when it comes to different apartments, but if I were to add up the square footage of 20 different apartments and then divide by twenty...the number would come up somewhere in the 800 range. Again, though, there is not really a defined average as they come in many varying shapes and sizes...and number of bathrooms. If you are comparing value to size in among apartments, determine how much it costs per single square foot and compare different places accordingly. Good Luck!
