These are very tough questions that depend on the people asking them. Generally, your water bill shouldn't be terrible if you are mindful of the water you use. Keep in mind to not leave the shower or faucets running for too long if you aren't using them and keep your showers shorter. Also, when a faucet has a leak, tell the office at your apartments and have them fix it. If you have a washer/dryer...combine loads to use less water. Keep these things in mind and your water bill should be okay. As for your groceries......in college I survived on Ramen, but you may have to factor in beer cost there too. So..really there's not an easy way to say what you would spend. Try setting a budget like $200/month and see if it works. If not, change it up!
