You have two options. Either invite the neighbors or keep the noise down. Plain and simple. You HAVE to keep down the noise. I’m not talking just the music either. People at parties love to talk over each other. When you have 20 people in an apartment talking over one another, there’s a melee of laughing, shouting, screaming, chattering, and noises I can’t even begin to describe. It not only gets loud, but sounds like a loud group of cackling chickens that are competing to be the loudest. If you aren’t wanting to invite the neighbors, it is imperative that you give them your phone number to call in case the noise is bothering them. From my experience, most are really cool about it and will let you know before they sick the cops on you for disturbing their peace. So that’s about it really, have fun, be safe, and be conscious of your volume level and you should be in good shape.
