Many communities will let you have someone take over the remainder of your lease. First you'll want to check with your community manager to see if they'll let you and what steps they would like you to take in having someone take over the remainder of your lease. If you already know and trust someone to take it over, Great! If not, you can try posting an add on craigslist stating how long is left on the lease, how much it will be and your situation. Just be clear and honest with both your community managers and people who may be taking over your lease and you should be good to go. Best of luck!
