Help!!Have to Move New Co. came in they r ok but still a big mess too too too many kids for me. Trying to move in Feb or Mar of 2010.. I have startin it looking around and driving around too. Alot of folks tell me i am looking to early.My credit is not good (bankruptcy due to medical and personal things) but I have a good renting history (4yrs never late and good standing with the apt.) would my renting history help me and when is the best time to go look on the inside of a apt. or do i have any luck in finding anything cause of credit rating....

A good rental history can help you when renting an apartment if the community that you are trying to find a place at holds that information in high regard. Resident requirements will vary from community to community, so do a search for communities that you like...then give them a call at the number provided and explain your situation. It's always better to be upfront about your credit and rental history.
