This is a question that only the community that you are applying will be able to answer. In most cases, some type of proof of income will be required however. Some communities will allow you to pay several months in rent or a higher deposit, but most require some sort of proof of income whether it is your past 3 pay stubs or a letter from your employer stating your income. If the court order states that you will be getting money from another source, they may require the other sources proof of income. Best of luck on your search!
