June 7, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThis place is not worth it. There are no amenities other than a swimming pool and they charge you $10 a month for the swimming pool. There are 175 units here that means they’re stating it cost $1750 a month to run a pool that is only open until 8 o’clock at night. The water bill here is astronomical. It is anywhere between $130-$200 a month. $10 for trash that is overflowing on a weekly basis.

The new management is awful the rent keeps going up higher and higher and they continue to take any amount of money they can. This place is a horrible place to live. You will get burned. I have watched so many people leave or get evicted some the new ownership.

They would not negotiate a rent increase, fair enough; however they couldn't give any reason for a whopping 40% increase! We dealt with Tara who always seemed annoyed when we reached out. I would stay away if SMP are still managing this property.
