September 12, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI have not been a tenant for long, but I enjoy it here. So far it has been quiet and peaceful and neighbors are respectful. Older buildings but they are fixing them up so the apartments have a nice, clean feel to them. These apartments are a good choice for a single person or couple, interested in an affordable but comfortable apartment close to downtown Chattanooga but outside of the hustle and bustle. It’s almost directly off ringgold road in East Ridge, and even though it is a complex it is ...still quite small, which I appreciate. Pet friendly, my dog and bird seem to be quite happy here as well. The staff is friendly and informative, plus the application process and move in was a breeze. Would recommend.Read More

September 16, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comWe currently live in a one bedroom, 600 sq. ft. apartment here in East Ridge, TN. We would like to eventually get a two bedroom, but we are content for right now. We are minutes away from downtown and the mall. East Ridge is a pretty good location.
