September 13, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comi've lived here for a while now and it's the worst place i have ever lived, mind you i move a lot, there were cockroaches when we moved in, the pool has never been clean since the day we moved in, damages already in the apartment, there is a spider infestation around the whole complex along with hornets, some of the neighbors are absolutely disgusting, we pay a lot of money to live here for low quality living, i truly do not recommend

They never actually repair anything just band-aid it until you have more issues. They have entered without permission or notice and just deny it when caught. Don't rent from them unless you want no rights to a place you pay for! If I could give less than one star I would!

November 30, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comWe have, black widow spiders, roaches, water bugs, ear wigs, (neighbor had a rats). We put bug traps outside our front door and they become full of roaches from the outside with in days. There are also fleas in the grass and tiny black bugs anywhere there is water like sinks, pool and tubs. They are constantly working next to my house and making loud sawing noises. They cut marble with a loud saw almost everyday and practically all day. I can hear it even when my windows and door is closed. We ...told the office and they still didn’t care. You can hear the neighbors walking, listening to the tv or having a conversation. My car was broken into twice. Our locked bike was also stolen. Many neighbors have had there registration stickers removed from there license plate. When we first moved in, the apartments didn’t look clean. The heater didn’t work. When we asked them to fix it, while they were fixing it the house starting to fill up with smoke and the carbon monoxide alarm went off. It smelled horrible. The carpet also smelled really bad for many months. The carpets had nails sticking up which I accidentally stepped on and started bleeding through my heel. My cabinets have shreds of wood that fall whenever you open them. We have also had our roof leak in the bedroom and we are on the first floor. Many apartments have leaks especially during the rain. My biggest issue the fact that from the day I moved in, there was water accumulating underneath my floors which after about a year and a few months, I noticed mold in my cabinet and water build up next the wall of my bathroom. They fixed the cabinet but I kept on insisting that the issue was not fixed. There was a musty smell that just kept on getting worse and worse. It turns out that the whole bathroom floor all the way to my living room and kitchen had water underneath it. They are refusing to say that there is mold but I definitely saw the wood that came out of there from the repairs. The office managers first response was that I could end my contract and leave! Really, how about fixing the problem and making it right. So they had me stay in there model unit for about a week while they fixed the issue. I asked them to have the pipes checked and to hire a professional mold inspector. But they refused to do this. Instead they said, we will give your a different floor and a newer stove. Im close to the end of my lease, and guess what, they never brought the newer stove.Read More

There were changes which were a little irritating like the constant in and out of your home for these changes But I love all the changes from new windows, blinds and dishwasher in my home. The community upgrades were new equipment in the laundry room and fitness room, a new clubhouse, bbq picnic area and pool area with cabanas! I really enjoy all the changes. June 26, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comDO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!. If you decide to rent here have an attorney review the lease first. My daughter rented an apartment here and had been diagnosed with cancer. Unfortunately, she was not able to take of herself and needed to move home. We were told in order to break the lease she would need a letter from her doctor, we provided one from her oncologist. We were also told she would have to pay through the end of the month, which we did. They came back to us and said we would have to ...pay for 30 days from when she gave notice, and we paid. Now they are coming back and saying we need to pay for the time it took for them to rent the apartment and that THERE IS NO PRECEDENT for breaking a lease due to a medical condition, even though they asked for a letter from my daughter's doctor. Greed, corruption and lies - not a company I recommend to anyone. The lease is a 50 page document - this should be a clue to STAY AWAY!!!Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

The office staff is friendly and the maintenance crew is quick to resolve any issues that arise. The on site laundry facility, playgrounds, fitness center, and pools are a plus! I wish that the units had laundry hook-ups. That would be the only drawback. It is nice to know, however, that many washers and dryers are near my unit and are in working ...condition.Read More

I used to really enjoy talking and calling in to the office for repairs and questions however lately there seems to be new faces that have no clue what they are doing. They no longer give out the early bird special and there activities are no longer enjoyable. The manager only seems to be good at giving orders or letting the other girls deal with problems or tenants and when that happens they have no clue what they are ...saying or doing. Please bring back the assistant manager who was here before she seemed to be the only one who knew what the heck to do and take care of any and all problems or concerns. I hear the new girl is gone now to which is no surprise who can stand to work with a manager who sits in a dark office and doesn't even have the decency to say hi when you walk in.
