The Fayette Building Apartments

The Fayette Building is a historic building. No two units are exactly the same. All units have a stove (some electric, some gas) and refrigerator. Some units also include a disposal and/or dishwasher. Most units have hardwood floors; a few have carpet. The bathrooms vary from unit to unit. Some units have a claw foot tub with shower ring; others have a more modern combo of shower and tub. All units are cable-ready with DSL and high-speed Internet available. Some apartments have eat-in kitchens while others have a separate dining room. Many units have air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and window coverings. Most units have oak trim, 9.5-foot ceilings, and scenic views. All rent includes heat, gas, water, sewage, and garbage. Short term lease available for corporate units.
