yes we will have a small 1 bedroom 594 sq. at 792 a mo. Also a large 1 bedroom 675 sq at 864

The shuttle makes about 7 stops in the Medical Center It departs from Park Lakes Leasing Office 1st stop is at Tx Childrens & St Lukes 2nd stop is at Methodist Hospital 3rd stop is at UT & Hermann 4th stop is at Baylor College 5th stop is at TIRR & UT Dental 6th stop is at MDA 7th stop is at ACB Building If you have any further questions feel free to give us a call back at the leasing office. How much is the 1/1 without the study and do you have any available for May. I am relocating from Alabama and the apartments look great.

Well for the 1 bedroom / 1 bath we have 2 different floor plans. The first one is a A - 1 bedroom/1 bath 594 sq ft. at $762 monthly. The second one is a A1 - 1 bedroom/1 bath 675 sq ft. at $822 monthly. At the moment we do not have any available for May. We have the A1 for beggining of June if you would love to come by and view your new home! -- Ernesto

As of right now we do not have any notices for August 2008 for the B -- 1/1+Study. We require that our residents give a 60 day notice. The price for the B -- 1/1+Study right now is $932 and it changes with daily. If you would like you can check back with us closer to your move-in date.

Hi there: I'm Rodrigo. We're moving to Houston soon and we're trying to find the perfect place to rent. This seems to be a nice place. Is the neighborhood safe? Does it have a playground area? Do you have a 3 BD available?

Hello! At the moment we do have a 3 bdr 2 bth available. The price on that is $1232 monthly. We do not have a playground in our community but we do have picnic tables around the community.
