what is the average water bill and electric bill at Avanti?

Water and Trash are billed seperately from the rent. The trash is a flat fee of $25 per month and the water is metered individually per apartment. The average will depend on your actual usage. I have three people living in my apartment here and I pay $42 to $52 per month for BOTH water & trash.

I am looking for a 2 bedroom to move into ASAP for a lease through December 31, 2008. What would the price be?
