Hi, I'm looking to move from New Hampshire to the Dallas, TX area in October and would like to know how much the 1bed/1bath apartment is at Lincoln Crossing? I would also like to know if utilities are included and what the leasing applicant qualifications are? I am new to renting, thus, have no prior renting experience to speak of.
