What are your lease terms?

We offer lease terms starting at six months and going to twelve months with no additional charge for leases less than twelve months.

What is your pet policy?

We currently have no limits as to the weight of your pet, however, we do not accept aggressive breeds. Our Pet Fee is $500 and $250 of that is refundable upon vacating your apartment home as long as your pet was good and there are no damages!
