The Resident is also responsible for the electricity and there is no set fee for this, however if you call Nevada Power Compnay they will give you an estimate as to how much the electricity costs for our community. Yes we do have a website! It is: WWW.GREYSTARMANAGEMENT.COM

what is the security deposit for the apartment and is there a deposit for pets?

The Security Deposit is $250 (OAC) and the non refundable pet fee is $300 but the great thing is, we have no pet rent!

The Resident is responsible for the water,sewer and trash, however it is a set fee per month that never changes.

Yes, all of our rental homes include full size washers and dryers. They are also electric, so you only need to turn on one utility instead of two!
