App fees are $45 and the deposit is waived with good credit.

What are your pet restrictions? breeds/weight limit. I have a lab mix, and boxer (both) around 50 lbs each.

The following breed restricted dogs will not be permitted regardless of mix: Pit Bull, Dobermans, Rottweillers and Chow Chows. Pet Fees per pet are as followed: up to 25 lb-$200 fee, 26 to 50 lb- $300, 51 to 70 lb-$400 and 71 lb and larger-$500.

How much is rent for: Two Bedroom Two Bath, 1109 Sq. Ft. AND Two Bedroom Two Bath, 1239 Sq. Ft.?

The 1109 sq. ft (B4) is going to rent for $859 and many of those come with attached garages (add $85 for garage) and the 1239 sq ft (B8) is going to rent for $969. Let me know if you have any other questions or would like to schedule a tour. Have a good weekend!
