I read 1 bed/bath and attached garage was available for $770.00 back in aug 2007. This is the same month I plan on moving. Is the rate still the same? Cheaper?

Hi, I´m from Mexico and I'm looking for a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath apartment to move at the end of July'08 to begin MBA studies at UT; can you tell me if you have anyone available and if you include any utilities such as maintenance, gas, light, water, phone, internet, etc. with the rent. Also, if the Washer/Dryers, Fridge and Parking are included, or if not included tell me how much the extra cost is? Thanks, Carlos

We have our A1 Floorplan for $705.00 available for July 21st move in. The price includes parking and all appliances except washer and dryer. The washer and dryer are $40.00 permonth. Utilities are the residents responsibilities: electric, water and etc.

We have breed restrictions. Two pets allowed per apartment. Wieght limit per pet is 70lbs. Non-refundable pet fees per pet: 0-25lbs $150.00, 26-45lbs $200.00, 46-70lbs $450.00. These fees can be paid in 3 installments.
