Hello: Our pet rent is $10 per pet per month. 2 pets max 100 lbs max weight Pet deposit waived Pef fee 275/350 for 1bed, $375/450 for 2 bed apts. We have a beautiful greenbelt with hiking trails and a fenced in dog park for your pets to enjoy. And most of all: WE LOVE PETS!!!!! Thank you for your interest in the Park at Monterey Oaks.
