Does the Windjammer have a fireplace?

would the razorfish be ready by 6-2-2008 and do you take small dogs?

What are your lease terms?

Hi Jeff. Our shortest lease term is 3 months, but it tends to get pretty expensive with a short term lease. Your rent would be market rent plus 20%. If you do a 6-9 month lease it will be our street rates plus $50, and a 10-13 month lease will get you the cheapest rate.
