I am relocating to Austin, Texas in 04/2008 and would like to request information about your apartment community. The following information is what I need:
Cost of 2Bdrm
Is this an Apartment or a Townhouse (Townhouse is mostly desired)
How many bathrooms
Is there a washer & dryer in the unit, if not, does the complex have laundry facilities?
Are any of the utilities included, such as heat or electricity)
Do you have a list of the utility companies, heat, electric, phone, cable or satellite, if so, can you provide this info as well?
What level are the available apartments (if not a townhouse), located on 1st & 2nd
Do you have corporate housing, if so what are the rates?
What Middle Schools and High Schools are nearby?
In case I have missed any important information, I would greatly appreciate if you would include that as well. In advance, I would like to thank you for all your help in making relocating much easier.

Utilities are not included in the rent. You would be responsible to pay for electric, gas (hot water and heating only) and water.
