Metro stops: 174- N. Burnet Limited and 240-Parkland. We do not accept aggresive breeds and dogs over 75 lbs. Downtown is about 10 miles away.

Yes. Pet Deposit is $300 per pet 1-29 lbs. (1/2 non-refundable) $450 per pet 30-100 lbs. (1/2 non-refundable) You can break this into 2 payments as well. Max of 2 pets equaling 100 lbs total weight.

We are all electric. The resident is responsible for paying for their own electric and water.

how much of the community is covered by the wi-fi access? is there an extra charge for access to the network?

The elementary school is Pillow. We don't have pet rent, but we do have a Pet Deposit depending upon weight. $300 per pet 1-29 lbs (1/2 non-refundable), $450 per pet 30-80 lbs (1/2 non-refundable). We take up to two pets max TOTAL weight can equal up to 100 lbs.
