looking for 2 bedroom, 2bath apartment.wanna know the rent as we are planning to shift in the month of july and if both the rooms have hard wood floor.Thanks

The rent for the 2 bedroom 2 bath is starting at $775 to $810. We do have the wood floors in the kitchen and dining room and some also have it in the downstairs bedroom leading into the bathroom.

We allow any size pet. We do restrict agressive breeds. We allow up to two pets per apartments. Deposit and pet fee ranges from $300-$600.

are the one bedroom one bath still 545 and how much is required to put down in deposit? I'm a first time renter.

For a first time renter your deposit will be $150-$300. We will confirm the exact amount after we have processed your application. Our application fee is $60. And yes, our one bedrooms are still leasing for $545, with the first months rent only $199 on a 12 month lease.

Our 1bedroom loft is currently running for $725 on a 13 month lease. The 2bedroom 2bath is running for $765 on a 13 month lease.
