We do lease terms from 6-12 months with no additional charges, as well as we can do short term leases (3-5 months) with a small month to month fee

What is your pet policy?

We do not accept aggressive breeds. We have a max of 2 pets per household. Anything over 70 lbs has to be on a first floor. The pet deposit is $600 for under 35 lbs and $800 for over 35lbs.
