I am looking into this.. and one bedroom , I really liked the floor plan, and everything. neat environment I would think. I am going to be new to the area. I am not sure when exactly want to move. Waiting to hear about a job, and im from out of state. hope you can help me, I noticed the info you mentioned about the deposit and 300 dollars off the first month rent, I will keep this in mind.
