Is the rent a total or it is per person?

We lease on an individual liability basis, so the rent is per person. One of the perks of this system is if a roommate were to pay late you would not be responsible.

No you do not have to attend Texas State to live at The Outpost, but our community is leased by the bedroom so each resident has his/her own lease contract. We provide roommate matching if needed. We are just a few minutes away from I-35 and downtown San Marcos!

We offer 12 month leases. Our leases generally start in August and end in August.
