The apartment is MOVE-IN READY Due to being a Participating Employer Program member my rent is at a discounted rate which whoever takes over the lease the same rate will apply. Rent includes all utilities except electric, (cable, water, sewer, trash, etc.). You have 24 hour maintenance, 24 hour fitness center, 24 hour fully equipped computer lab with copier/scanner/fax and free WiFi, children's playground, dog park, basketball and volleyball courts, swimming pool and an adjacent golf course! You are within minutes of all Melbourne and a 10 minute or less drive to I-95, US-1, and the beach! The apartment complex accepts large breed dogs as well. The apartment is a third floor apartment which means it's virtually noiseless. Neighbors are quiet and you're a few minutes from the college campus high/middle/elementary school(s).
