Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The following are terms and conditions of the Web Home Showcase (“WHS”) Reward Program Agreement. In order to be eligible to receive the reward described herein you must submit your reward request. By submitting your request via our online form, our postal reply card or any other method we provide from time to time, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, the Terms and Conditions of Use, and the terms of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these or other terms, do not submit your request and you will not be eligible for the reward described herein. WHS may amend or discontinue this reward program at its discretion at any time upon publishing a notice on www.apartmenthomeliving.com.
Terms:
To be eligible, you agree that you are a US citizen or legal resident in the United States, at least 18 years of age, and that you will do the following after you have used our services and have found a participating property:
- provide written notice to rental property agent that you were directed to the selected rental property by Apartment Home Living and include such statement on any and all of the following, the guest card, initial rental application, any initial paperwork concerning your lease;
- enter the site and complete the “reward form” providing information concerning the property and your new rental information; or contact Apartment Home Living at 888.945.9545 to provide your new leasing information with one of our specialists;
- sign a new lease for the property and move in;
- submit your reward request within 30 days of the beginning of the term of your lease;
- verify that your name is listed as a lessee or renter on the applicable lease
Contingencies and Restrictions:
To be eligible for the reward at the Time of Eligibility, rental property must be in good standing and participating in the reward program. This reward program agreement applies only to properties found through Apartment Home Living.
You are ineligible to receive a reward in the event:
- you do not meet all of the requirements listed under the Terms section of this reward program agreement;
- your lease is a renewal lease or you have lived in the leased property at any time in the past;
- you identified the leased property from a source other than Apartment Home Living;
- WHS is unable to verify your use of WHS’ Web site or other related marketing literature;
- WHS is unable to verify that you are a present occupant of the leased property;
- another lessee of the same rental property has successfully received a reward for said lease within the past 6 months
Reward:
You will be sent a check in the amount of $100.00 and a $2 bill for good luck provided you meet the conditions listed above and provided the rental property agent confirms that you qualify at the Time of Eligibility. The community you lease with must be in good standing ("Time of Eligibility"). To be in good standing, Apartment Home Living must receive a lease fee for your lease from your property. This process may take up to or more than 90 days from date of move-in. In addition, Apartment Home Living reserves the right to change the monetary amount awarded, or discontinue any gift selections at any time. Apartment Home Living is not responsible for the loss or damage to gifts during shipping or delivery, nor may gifts be exchanged or returned through Apartment Home Living. The gift is provided as is, with no warranty, either express or implied.
Legal Terms
The reward program applies to WHS, including its affiliates, and you. In the event a dispute or any claim or cause of action arises between you and WHS or any of its affiliates or representatives, the applicable provisions addressing these issues in the Terms and Conditions of Use published at www.apartmenthomeliving.com apply.
