We learned the hard way that smoke signals are too dangerous, so we included contact information (phone number and street address) and a simple way to send an electronic message to the property manager by using hte "Check Availiability" form or clicking "Contact Property" on the property's full-page listing. If you include your phone number when you send a message, the apartment manager will probably call you back ASAP.
