The reward is $102.00 we give you when you use us to find your apartment. The only requirement is that you write our name "Apartment Home Living" on your guest card, leasing application, or lease. Not all apartments are on our Reward Program, so you should check to make sure that you are leasing with one that is.
Apartment communities sometimes pay us a fee for helping you find them - we just give a big chunk of that back to you, as a way of saying "thanks!"
