WHS’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not WHS’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner disparages WHS. Jurisdiction.
This Terms and Conditions of Use has been made in and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. By using this Site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Austin, Travis County, Texas in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Site or other policies published herein, or services or information rendered hereunder.
