ALL occupants age 18 and over must meet landlord and be interviewed by landlord, submit completed application, along with GOOD WORK HISTORY of 2 year proof of income and verification of employment. Last 2 paycheck stubs required.
No full time students, no evictions and no criminals.
A minimum of three accessible business referrals must be included on each application. Must provide residence records over the past 5 years. This includes a recommendation from the current landlord and former landlord names and contact phone.
The STEADY AND VARIFIABLE monthly income is required for affordability. Rental expenses must be less than 25% of total monthly net income after taxes. Therefore, the gross monthly income before taxes must exceed $3,000.
Credit Rating of above 675 for each applicant.
No Vouchers are accepted.
There is a fee (Non-Refundable) Application Fee of $50 (CASH) per responsible adult person due upon submission (MUST ACCOMPANY APPLICATION).
A $300.00 holding fee is required with application. When approved, will applied to security deposit, if denied, the holding fee will be returned to you. However if you chose not to sign the lease, you will forfeit the holding fee.
All utilities are paid by the Tenants.

Basement is laundry use only; it is not a part of the lease. Limited storage space in basement is with written approval only. There is off street parking for two automobiles close to entrance of the unit. (No garage).
