The holder of a patent involving Internet music distribution, Seer Systems, is crying foul today after learning that the Electronic Frontier Foundation's tenacious Patent Busting Project has convinced the Patent and Trademark Office to reconsider his decade-old successful claim. EFF is 6 for 6 so far getting reconsiderations on bogus patents.
