1. SPONSORS
The "Twitter iTunes Gift Certificate Sweepstakes" ("Giveaway") is sponsored by the www.ApartmentHomeLiving.com division of Classified Ventures, LLC, 175 West Jackson Boulevard, 8th Floor, Chicago, IL 60604-2601 ("Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Sweepstakes/Giveaway is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Tennessee, U.S. territories and U.S. military installations), who are at least 18 years of age who meet the following eligibility requirements and have read and agreed to these Official Rules ("Entrants"). Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Tennessee, U.S. territories, U.S. military installations, and where prohibited by law. To be eligible, the Entrant (alternately, "You", "Your", or "Yourself") must: (1) have a Twitter account, and (2) Post specific "Tweet" on your Twitter account as designated in the Sweepstakes/Giveaway rules at www.ApartmentHomeLiving.com during the active date and time of the sweepstakes beginning no sooner than July 8th, 2009. LIMIT: Employees of Sponsor, their parent companies (including www.Apartments.com, Tribune Co., Gannett Co., Inc., Belo Corp., the Washington Post Company, The McClatchy Company, and Experian and ConsumerInfo.com, Inc.), subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, current advertisers on www.apartments.com, and those associated with the development, distribution or implementation of this Sweepstakes/Giveaway, and members of each of their respective immediate families (parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and their household members are not eligible.
Each randomly selected Sweepstakes/Giveaway winner will be notified of their winnings via Twitter Direct Message and must reply via Twitter Direct Message to Twitter account www.twitter.com/FindAFunPlace (Sponsor) with the contact information of said Winner including name, mailing address, email address and phone number within five (5) days after direct message date of the Winner notification. If a chosen Winner fails to execute and return direct message to Sponsor with needed contact information within the allotted time period, the Entrant may be disqualified, in which case Sponsor will select a replacement Winner that complies with all Sweepstakes/Giveaway rules and requirements as determined by Sponsor. After processing, each prize will be delivered to the winner via mail or email within 45 days of winning notification response.
3. GIVEAWAY PRIZES
One (1) Sweepstakes/Giveaway Prize Winner every day will receive a single iTunes Gift Certificate or Gift Card in the amount of $50.00. The prize will be received either by (1) mail or (2) e-mail at the addresses specified by the winner in their timely response to their winning notification. ONLY RESPONSES AS TWITTER DIRECT MESSAGES TO www.twitter.com/FindAFunPlace WILL QUALIFY. Responses to any other address, phone, entry form or fax will NOT qualify. After approval and processing, each prize will be delivered to the winner via mail or email within 45 days of qualified winning notification response. The same winner cannot win more than once.
4. HOW TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY
To enter, simply Tweet "Tweet www.ApartmentHomeLiving.com for a chance to WIN a FREE $50 Apple iTunes Gift Card from @FINDAFUNPLACE. 1 winner a day" in full from your own Twitter account during the Sweepstakes/Giveaway period. For further details, visit www.ApartmentHomeLiving.com and click on the contest link during the Sweepstakes/Giveaway period at any time and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your Tweet via www.Twitter.com. Sponsor will randomly select One (1) Winner every day from twitter search results using "ApartmentHomeLiving.com" as the search query. Twitter accounts that are blocked from or that do not appear in the search results will not be eligible.
Sponsor, www.ApartmentHomeLiving.com, reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue Sweepstakes/Giveaway at any given time.
5. RULES/WINNERS LIST
The Winner will be announced each day via www.Twitter.com/FindAPlace. Each winner will also be placed on a winners list at: www.ApartmentHomeLiving.com. ApartmentHomeLiving.com is responsible for all Sweepstakes/Giveaway Prizes.
