For the last 2 years I've had a fairly good living situation just a 10 minute bike ride away from Northeastern University. Currently I'm paying $850 month in rent while, my roommate pays the remaining $650 and will stay in the apartment, we split utilities (internet, electricity, gas). The room I'm occupying has a small nook area which can be used as a walk-in closet or to hold a queen size bed as shown in the photo, and also a separate living area where I keep my other stuff. I will be starting a new job in Baltimore in November and am looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease. If you need a place to stay immediately we have a furnished guest bedroom that can be rented for $400/month provided that you take over the lease when I leave. I can show the place on weekends or evenings. This is a LGBTQ friendly household, but no pets or smoking indoors. The cost to move in is first and last month's rent $1,700 total. $25 credit check fee if you like the place. If interested send a message asking specific questions, I generally don't reply to unspecific requests for more information. To summarize: nice sized room, not too far from downtown Boston, Northeastern University and other dope places. Plenty of on-street parking, and it comes with a polite roommate who is punctual about paying rent and a treat to live with. Who could pass up that deal?
