Highlights include being 15 minutes from Bentonville's Entertainment District and Downtown Square, and being cyclist-friendly with bike storage, a bike washing station, and a full bike maintenance stand. The apartment is spacious with luxury amenities and plenty of natural light throughout. It sleeps six with three beds, including two queen beds and a queen pullout bed. The cozy living room is perfect for rest and relaxation, and the kitchen is equipped with all amenities and appliances needed for staying in. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and there's a back patio with seating. The shared outdoor area includes bike racks and a bike wash station. Renters must fill out a guest card with each guest's name to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf.
