The second bedroom features a queen bed with a new mattress, a large closet, a new 50-inch smart TV, and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your convenience, along with a beach closet containing beach chairs, toys, a cooler, and boogie boards. Enjoy expansive views of the pool area and beach from the patio, which includes four chairs and a table. We recommend you get a rental car while in the area, however we have Uber and taxi service available. You are within walking distance to restaurants, and downtown Cocoa Beach. Bike rentals are available that will drop bikes off at the apartment for you. Whether you prefer lounging at the gated and heated beach-side pool, combing for seashells at low tide, running on the beach, or jumping in the waves of the Atlantic Ocean, it is all just steps from your door. The newly updated and accessible private beach access is less than 100 steps away and leads to a wide part of Cocoa Beach that remains relatively private, even in peak season. Multiple grocery stores, shopping areas, the Cocoa Beach Pier, and Port Canaveral are all within a ten-minute drive. The Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, and other attractions are less than 30 minutes away. The Walt Disney World complex and Universal Studios Orlando are both about an hour's drive. The pool will be renovated from November 3rd until December 15th, 2025, during which time there will be no access for owners or guests. Dates may be adjusted based on the construction timeline. Beach access and boardwalk to the beach will still be available. This apartment is limited to 2 guests per bedroom. The City of Cocoa Beach prohibits excessive or loud noise between the hours of 11 PM and 7 AM. You must be 26 years or older to rent this apartment. The pool will be renovated from November 3rd until December 15th, 2025. During this time the pool will have no access for owners or guests. Dates may be adjusted based on the construction timeline.
