The kitchen is thoughtfully designed with modern white cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with bar seating, making cooking and entertaining easy. The elegant bedrooms are designed for comfort with plush beds, soft linens, and calming decor, each offering generous space, large walk-in closets, and natural light. The spa-style bathrooms feature modern granite vanities, clean finishes, and hotel-style essentials. Additional conveniences include an in-home washer and dryer and Wi-Fi access, though the partner assumes no liability if internet access becomes unavailable. Outside, guests can unwind on the private covered patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation, and enjoy the large private backyard. Parking may be subject to a nightly fee. All guests must complete a Guest Accommodations Agreement and ID verification to receive arrival details. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am; early check-ins and late check-outs are not possible. This is a non-smoking property, including inside the unit, building, balconies, decks, porches, and steps. Smoking will incur a minimum $1,000 fee for odor abatement and deep cleaning. Marijuana and tobacco sensors are used to enforce this rule. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours are observed between 9 pm and 9 am. Noise disruptions will incur a $200 fee, with possible removal from the property. Decibel sensors monitor sound levels, and exceeding 75 dB or other thresholds after a first warning may result in a penalty of up to $1,000 and/or removal without a refund.
