Montrose Beach is nearby, a lakeside haven perfect for unwinding or engaging in water sports. The Lawrence Red Line station is a 4-minute walk away, offering fast, direct access to downtown Chicago and beyond. There is a noise level monitor in the living room. Loitering in the lobby before or after your reservation will result in a $200 fine. Guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine. There is a maximum of 2 guests, which will be strictly enforced. Due to City of Chicago regulations, between the months of October and April, the building's system is set to heat only and doesn’t switch back to cold air until May. The system is set to cold air between the months of May and September. All units have both a standing fan and a space heater in a closet, and windows can be opened for fresh air. Unapproved late check-out or unapproved early check-in will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled check-out or check-in time, respectively. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized. A fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present. Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items.
