The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials. Enjoy waterfront amenities shared with one neighboring unit, including direct intracoastal access, a kayak, a private boat dock, a spacious patio with seating and loungers, and an outdoor fireplace. A water view is available from the living room. Dock fees apply for the shared access to the waterfront and dock, with rates starting at $50 per night. Boat parking is available for a fee of $150 plus $50 per night. Pets are welcome with fees and conditions that apply. Located in a quiet, safe residential area, this apartment is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and Treasure Island Beach. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and parties are never allowed, with a penalty of up to $500 for any parties. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the property, including vaping, with a $500 penalty if cleaning determines that smoking has taken place. Unauthorized pets may incur a penalty of up to $250 per pet and immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay without a refund. Pet feces left behind can incur a penalty of up to $50 per incident. Unauthorized early check-ins or late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every half hour rounded up in time. No firearms are allowed on the property unless otherwise permitted in writing, the firearm must be licensed and properly stored at all times, with a penalty of $250 for violations. Feel at home in this fully renovated apartment that is less than a 9-minute walk to the beach. This beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment has been renovated with vinyl throughout and features sea-inspired decor, three electric fireplaces, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The apartment includes a comfy living room sofa, a ROKU TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all the cooking supplies necessary. Enjoy a waterview from the living room. You are welcome to park your boat for a fee of $150 plus $50 per night, with written permission required in advance. Pets are welcome with fees and conditions that apply, and you must notify us in writing in advance if you're bringing a pet. Boat parking fees vary, so please inquire for exact rates. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood within a 5-10 minute walk of restaurants, bars, cafes, and the beach. Nearby towns like Madeira Beach or St. Pete Beach are a short drive away. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and parties are never allowed.
