There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive behavior. Guests violating this rule may be fined and/or removed by local authorities without refund. No smoking or open flames are allowed inside the home. Please remove shoes upon entering the home and store ski or boarding equipment in the closets in the breezeway/garage entrance. No parties, special events, or guests not on the original reservation are allowed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Leave exterior doors and windows closed at all times to prevent bugs from entering the home and conserve heat in winter. Please be mindful of conserving energy and never set the temperature below 60°F to prevent frozen pipes. One pet is allowed for a $75 pet fee. Any unauthorized or additional pets are subject to a $150 pet fee (2 pets max). Outdoor quiet hours are after 10 PM. Please use the on-site dumpster to dispose of your trash; any excess trash removal required will incur a $75 trash removal fee.
