It's a very close (just about 150 paces) quick stroll to a beautiful quiet white sandy beach. The exceptionally well maintained complex also features a very nice Swimming Pool, Tennis/Pickle Ball Court, Jacuzzi, and BBQ for common use. Very quick and easy walking distance to great beach, shops, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, and very close to south Maui bus line. While listed as approximately 560 Ft2, it feels much bigger than that. The garden setting off the lanai lends that lived in tropical setting. There is one assigned parking spot very close by (about 50 steps or so.) Just recently re-painted - light grey tones with accent wall; and now with new vinyl plank flooring throughout, new pullout sofa and new dining table and chairs. There is no carpet in the unit. There unit is only offered as completely non-smoking and no pets allowed. The units here are either owner occupied or for long term rental.
