Great opportunity if you plan to attend UB for your full 8 years, don’t want to move or want to have the same roommates. Private fully furnished bedroom w/new mattress w/dust mite cover, sheets, new pillow w/dust mite cover, comforter that you can put a duvets over, desk, chair, dresser with mirror, tv, ceiling fan/light, walk in closet w/hangers, trash can, curtains. Shared fully furnished living room, dining room, kitchen (includes all shared food such as olive oil, spices, tin foil, storage bags, ect), two full bathrooms including toilet paper, enclosed rear porch and basement. List of included items that will be attached to the lease is posted as a picture in the listing. Must have your own transportation. Exterior camera's on front porch and pool area that you can see from the kitchen Alexa show, along with ring camera doorbell. Each student receives their own private code and finger print to exterior locks. The same code/finger print is used for their bedroom door lock. New washer/dryer/dishwasher/furnace. This is a great alternative to dorm life and not the standard off campus rental opportunity. Parent application/credit approval and on lease required. Nothing to do but bring your personal effects.
