Rent includes heat, gas, and water, except electricity- outside assigned parking space, with carports available for rent, subject to availability, shared laundry and storage space in basement of next building. Apartment equipped with state-of-the art security intercom for access to the apartment unit, deadbolt lock on door. Building is set up for cable service (Tel., TV and Internet). Move-in fee of $250, refundable when you leave, subject to no damage. The signed Lease between tenant and landlord is subject to a final review by the Condominium Management, for which there is a non-refundable $150 fee. Renter's insurance (standard $300,000) must be secured by tenant prior to occupancy. Rental agreement subject to prior credit, financial, and employment check and review. NOTE: Pictures don't reflect the changes to flooring (carpeting has been removed) and certain appliances, which have since been replaced.
