Kanab is known as the gateway to Southern Utah's most iconic destinations. Located just two blocks from Main Street, you'll have easy access to local restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. The neighborhood offers a relaxed small-town atmosphere with convenient access to nearby parks, trails, and scenic drives. Zion National Park is 30 miles away, Bryce Canyon National Park is 76 miles away, and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument is 15 miles away. This apartment is part of a historic Kanab property and is best suited for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and value rather than a luxury resort experience. As the building is older, some sound transfer between neighboring units or outdoor common areas may occasionally be heard. In this desert environment, insects, spiders, lizards, dust, and other native wildlife may occasionally be encountered, particularly outdoors. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Moving furniture is not allowed and will incur a $500 fee if cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property. The indoor fireplace is not functional and should not be used. Pets are welcome! Please include them in your reservation and clean up after them during your stay.
