The back patio, with its inviting hot tub and stone patio with outdoor seating, is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The interior is bright and airy, boasting a huge cook's kitchen, large sunny windows, and an oversized master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Outside, you'll find large mature trees, multiple paverstone patios, and an oversized garage ideal for storing all your summer or winter gear. While the home does not have a central A/C system, it is equipped with a portable A/C unit that helps cool things down during the few warmer weeks of summer. It’s surprisingly effective for the space. We also recommend a local trick we call "western air conditioning": close the blinds during the day and open the windows at night to let in the crisp mountain air for an incredible night's sleep.
