This apartment is in a vibrant city neighborhood, and some city noise may be expected. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise, including on balconies and in shared spaces, are strictly prohibited. Noise and smoking detecting technology is used inside the suites to monitor excessive noise levels and violations of the non-smoking policy.
