The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and no events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the home or on the decks, and Teton Creek Resort is a no-smoking complex. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor smoking area, adjacent to the Bannock Building parking area. A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the parking area. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home. No fireworks on the premises. Step into the stylish living area, where you’ll find plush carpeting, a large-screen TV, and plenty of space to unwind. Unlike many units in Teton Creek Resort, which offer only smaller TVs and minimal seating, this condo delivers both comfort and upgraded amenities throughout. The primary bedroom now features a luxurious king bed, with independent adjustability on each side—ideal for reading, lounging, or finding your perfect sleep position. A second large TV adds a touch of in-room entertainment. In the guest suite, you’ll find two queen beds, providing comfortable accommodations for up to four additional guests. To make summer stays even more enjoyable, the condo is now equipped with two window air conditioning units—one in each bedroom—helping keep things cool and comfortable after a day in the sun. Just outside the condo is one of the few shuttle stops servicing Grand Targhee Resort. Skip the parking hassle, grab your gear, walk out the door, and hop on the shuttle that takes you straight to the plaza.
