The primary bedroom boasts an ensuite bath, a private porch enclosed with glass walls perfect for watching the sunset, and the open living area features a gas fireplace and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. With in-unit laundry and an abundance of natural light, this spacious home offers both elegance and practicality for your Boston stay. Parking is available on the driveway and plenty of parking is also available on the street. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to undergo special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. For any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $170 will be charged. This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests.
