No cats, small dogs only. The HOA mows the lawn and cuts the bushes. The gate fob is $60.00 provided by the Steelwood POA and is a tenant responsibility Golfing Fees are not included Renters are allowed to use the pool at Chapel Grove but must follow the rules of the pool and the neighborhood. They may not use the pool at the Pro Shop unless they are a member of Steelwood Country Club. You must be a Steelwood member to fish and golf. Residents / tenants are limited to fishing 6X’s per year. The cost is $75 per person. No fishing is allowed on the bridge or the banks of the lake.
