Renters must return any borrowed items and relinquish all electronic lock passcodes provided during the stay. Additionally, the tenant must take the trash to the curb by 11 PM every Thursday. No odorous food waste (such as crabs, bones, scraps, or similar items) may be left inside the house at any time to maintain cleanliness and prevent pests.
